• 参赛单位、团体或个人应拥有参赛核心方案的所有权和知识产权，不得侵害他人知识产权，非核心部分如使用第三方知识产权，应获得第三方书面许可，涉及使用第三方素材等资料应注明出处和来源。
• 报名参赛则视为已阅读并完全同意遵守以上竞赛要求。一经发现存在侵权行为或信息不实，将立即取消参赛、获奖资格。由此发生的法律纠纷由参赛团队及个人承担全部责任。
• 项目方案文字凝练简洁，避免过于理论化和技术化，避免有宣传色彩，原则上控制在5000字内。
• 若涉及英文、技术、专有名词等，建议以脚注形式加以解释。

2. This competition allows joint applications from multiple wheres (not exceeding three), and the lead where should be clearly identified.
3. Participating projects must be original, free from plagiarism, and must not involve plagiarism or the appropriation of others' ideas, technologies, products, or solutions. Entries, materials, and data presented in the competition must be genuine and valid.
4. Participating entities, groups, or individuals must own the intellectual property rights to the core competition solution and must not violate the intellectual property rights of others. If third-party intellectual property is used for non-core components, written permission from the third party must be obtained, and sources of third-party materials or data must be acknowledged.
5. By registering for the competition, it is understood that all participants have read and fully agree to comply with the competition requirements above. Any discovery of infringement or false information will result in immediate disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of any awards. Legal disputes arising from this will be the responsibility of the participating team or individual.
6. Project proposals should be concise and avoid excessive theoretical or technical details, as well as promotional language. The content should ideally be within 5,000 words.
7. If English, technical terms, or proper names are used, it is recommended to provide explanations in footnotes.
